Welcome

Hello and thanks for visiting my website. My name is Jeremiah McKnight. Here's a little background story.

I was first introduced to a guitar at the age of 11. My early Influences were Nirvana, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley, Eric Clapton and Pink Floyd. These layed the initial foundation for my obsession with music. I played in bands from the age of 13 and was lucky to have gigged all over the UK, and also France and Belgium.

A trip to Ibiza in my late 20's ignited a new passion for dance music. My focus gradually turned to producing with the aim of having my music played in clubs and festivals around the world. 

After a few years of learning production, I got my first track 'Electric Haven' signed to Yeadon's 10 Steps North. I have since had further releases on 10 Steps North, FSOE UV, Pattern, Be Adult Music and Sommersville Records. These tracks are a mixture of progressive and organic house. My main love has always been trance which is what I produce today.

I started producing in Logic Pro but made the move after a couple of years to Ableton Live and haven't looked back. Along with producing my own music, I would also love to teach what I have learnt, in order to help people who might be struggling making their own music. I am also working on a Youtube channel which will be named "Knight Sessions" This is where I will sharing my journey behind the music. From developing new track ideas and experimenting with sounds to production tips, creative sessions and finished music, the channel is all about the process of making trance.
